Travelling is Fun

Our initial plans for next 18 months are following- ca half of year we shall spend in South America, then in 4-6 weeks proceeding through Central American countries. US and Southern Canada we shall try to cover within 2-3 months. After that the car will be shipped to Australia probably from Vancouver. While car is sailing, we shall spend one month in New Zealand.  For Australia we have planned 3 months, after what we want to proceed to Africa. Due to uncertain conditions on Black Continent and Arabic Countries, our post Australia plans are kind of fuzzy and will be finalized during next 12 months period.

Why on hell do we undertake it- certainly it would be more reasonable to continue turning in squirrel wheel, collecting funds for one's retirement. After long term consideration we decided to exchange routine comfort zone with variable X,  to create possibility for  experiencing different emotions from pain to pleasure, hate to love, beauty to disgust, fear to triumph, dullness to thrill. Collecting unexpected experiences and strange occurrences via long term travel is the main reason for us to do this.

Actually it is good that most wonders of the World are separated with long distances and path to experience them is not usually paved. The bigger the effort is, the more you will value improvised breakfasts in the middle of desert dunes; private sunsets on ocean coast; thrilling meetings with mountain gorillas, African winter nights next to bonfire  ....
